1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

"Platform" refers to the s5777 website, applications, and all related services.
"User" / "You" refers to any registered member or visitor of the platform.
"We" / "s5777" refers to the operating authority of the platform.
"Account" refers to each user's registered personal account.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional credit granted by s5777.
"Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 Account Security & Confidentiality

s5777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a third party using your account.
Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
s5777 may instruct you to change your password at any time for security purposes.

4 Deposit Terms & Conditions

All transactions on s5777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each payment method).
Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own registered payment method.
Depositing through a third party is prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and punishable.
If you experience any issue with a deposit, contact support immediately.

5 Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply to withdrawals from s5777:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawal requests may not be approved until identity verification is complete.
If any unusual activity is suspected, s5777 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal.
The applicable wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (see Section 7).

Rocket is a mobile wallet service by Dutch-Bangla Bank. s5777 does not accept bank transfers or direct bank deposits.

6 Fraud & Abuse Prevention

s5777 monitors all financial transactions. Any of the following activities will be treated as fraud:

Opening an account using false information.
Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
Conducting transactions using another person's identity.
Exploiting technical errors in the platform.

If fraud is proven, the account in question will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotions

7 Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

New members at s5777 receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount.

          
          Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.
        

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Even for larger deposits, the bonus will not exceed ৳15,000 (for example: a deposit of ৳26,000 gives a bonus of ৳15,000, making a total of ৳41,000).
A bonus is applicable only once per account.
The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement is set by s5777 and is subject to change.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.

8 Other Bonuses & VIP Program

s5777 has three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users may be promoted to a higher tier based on the type and volume of their play. Separate terms and conditions may apply to each VIP bonus.

s5777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. Specific terms and conditions are attached to each bonus offer.

Game Rules & Fair Play

9 Gaming Rules

All games offered on s5777 are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, and others). Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.

If a technical error causes a game result to be determined incorrectly, the relevant round may be voided and the stake will be returned.
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a connection issue, the last confirmed result will be accepted.
Any attempt at irregularity or fraud in a game will result in the account being immediately closed.
s5777 may not provide advance notice of changes to game providers' rules.

10 Sports Betting Rules

s5777 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to sports betting:

Displayed odds may change at any time; the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be returned.
Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
s5777 sets the maximum betting limit for any given match.

14 Account Closure & Termination

Before closing an account, s5777 will attempt to return any valid balance where applicable; however, in cases of Terms violations, all balances may be forfeited.

Information required for identity verification and financial security is retained.
Data may need to be disclosed to authorities due to legal obligations.

16 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between s5777 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

First, submit a written complaint to the support team.
s5777 will properly investigate the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter may be referred to the designated mediation process.
In disputes regarding game results, the log data of the game provider will be considered as the final evidence.

17 Changes and Additions to Terms
